6.1 Subscription Sets & Pricing
Your Subscription may start with or without the initial purchase of The Storypod device/player, but will in every case be tied to a purchase of an age-specific "Subscription Set" - we refer to this initial purchase in either case as the “Subscription Plan”, the “Initial Box” or the “Starting Subscription Set”.
As part of your Subscription, you will receive additional new Product(s) (or “Subscription Sets”) based on your child’s age group selected at purchase after a recurring period of time as defined in the Offer (the “Cycle”). Your Subscription automatically renews at the beginning of each Cycle (the “Auto-Renewal Date”) and continues until canceled, as described below under the 6.4 Cancellation Policy. The duration of each Cycle, the minimum term (if any) of the subscription, and the Subscription Price are defined by the conditions promoted on our website (the “Offer”) at the time of purchasing the Subscription (the “Subscription Terms”). A summary of your Subscription Terms will also be sent to you via Email after your purchase and can be retrieved by clicking on the link you find in your account area.
The prices listed in the Offer (the “Subscription Price”) at the time of the order shall apply. The Subscription Price is quoted in US Dollars (USD), and does not include any taxes or other charges. Quantities of some Products may be limited, and stock cannot always be guaranteed. Therefore, Storypod reserves the right to change the Subscription Price and composition of Products in any Box at any time with comparable Products. Any Subscription you have already paid for as of the date of such notice will not be affected by such pricing change.
6.4 Cancellation Policy
Your Subscription can be canceled at any time. To cancel your subscription, please log into your account page and follow the cancellation instructions or directly message Storypod Support no later than 4 business days before the Auto-Renewal Date.
Note: Special Cancellation terms apply in case of initial purchases of a Subscription Set, including a Storypod device, as follows:
When you purchase a Storypod device as part of your initial subscription order below a price point of $50 (as indicated during checkout and in your order confirmation email), the right to cancel at any time remains. But if the cancellation occurs prior to three (3) successful and paid deliveries of subscription sets, you agree to either return the Storypod device or pay the difference between the paid price and the website's current MSRP (MSRP not to exceed $99). Please see the following example for further clarification: If a Storypod device was purchased for $25 as part of a Subscription offer (first delivery), and you decide to cancel anytime before a third delivery was successful (delivered and paid), you agree to either pay the device price difference of $74 or return the device to us (shipping cost to be paid by the customer).
