  • Am I able to change the next Learning Set for my subscription plan or delay the ship date of the next set after I sign up?

    Yes. To change the next Learning Set, please contact Storypod Support for assistance. We are able to pause the shipments of a Learning Set for up to 6 months. We will not be able to make any exchanges after a Learning Set has already been shipped.
  • Can I customize or make exchanges with my subscription plan?

    Customizations and Exchanges are not permitted with Subscription Plans. All subscription plans are already pre-determined, with age-appropriate audio content provided, and will ship in order beginning with the first set you select.
