Not sure why your device is offline. Her is how to check and get reconnected.
- With Storypod powered on, you will need to open the Settings screen in the Storypod Parent app. (Tap the gear icon in the teal rectangle of your Active Storypod)
- Tap on WiFi, and on the next screen, tap on "Reconnect WiFi."
