Family VIP Birthday Rewards

Customers in the Family VIP tier are not seeing their Birthday Rewards. We are aware of this and are investigating it. In the meantime, please reach out to our Storypod Support team to request that your points be manually updated for your child's birthday.

(Please note: We can only grant the 200 Birthday Reward points retroactively to June 29. If your child's birthday was after June 29 and you have not received the award, please contact Storypod Support.)
