If you are reading this, that is because you recently had your Storypod replaced, and you would like to pair your recordables with the new Storypod. Good news, we can help you!
Important Notes:
- To pair your recordables with your new Storypod, DO NOT delete your recordables from your app.
- Deleting your recordables will PERMANENTLY DELETE all recordings from the cloud.
- You can, however, safely REMOVE a Storypod from the app without deleting recordings.
To move recordings and pair your recordables with your new Storypod:
- We will need the old Storypod Device ID AND the new Storypod Device ID.
- Device IDs can be found at the bottom of Storypod on the barcode sticker.
- Send a message to our Support Team to request the change.
