We accept returns of items purchased on storypod.com or Amazon.com within 30 days after your order was shipped.
We want you to be able to try out our award-winning Storypod system to make sure you love it. You can set it up and listen to wonderful songs, stories, and skill-building audio on any of our lovable yarn characters or other audio experiences.
However, please understand that items are ONLY eligible for a return if the product is returned:
- In its original packaging.
- In a condition that allows it to be resold*.
- With all its original contents.
*Due to the nature of our products (yarn figurines, books, music player with fabric cover, etc.) and intended market (children), we can only accept returns for items that were used with due care.
